Summary:
As a Responsible AI Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating artificial intelligence systems to ensure they meet established ethical, responsible, and sustainable standards. This role requires continuous assessment against specific benchmarks and thresholds, followed by the design and implementation of strategies to address any identified gaps. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to maintain the integrity and accountability of AI technologies, ensuring that these systems operate within the defined responsible AI framework throughout their lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and execution of mitigation strategies to address ethical and responsible AI challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to promote continuous improvement.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Teaming, Responsible AI.
- Strong analytical skills to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in AI systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing mitigation strategies for AI ethical concerns.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Capability to monitor AI system performance against responsible AI benchmarks and standards.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Red Teaming.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
