Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and communicate Muskan Foundation's mission, programmes, and impact to donors, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with individual, institutional, and corporate donors.
  • Identify and research potential donors, foundations, CSR opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
  • Support the development and implementation of fundraising, partnership, and outreach strategies.
  • Plan and coordinate fundraising campaigns, events, and donor engagement activities to achieve organisational targets.
  • Develop fundraising proposals, concept notes, presentations, reports, and outreach materials.
  • Maintain an updated donor database, record contributions, and ensure proper documentation and tracking.
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives with CSR partners.
  • Coordinate and engage with volunteers and interns supporting fundraising and outreach activities.
  • Ensure that donor reports and other compliance documents are prepared accurately and submitted within stipulated timelines.
  • Coordinate with the Finance and Programme teams for donor reporting, documentation, and audits.
  • Represent the organisation professionally in meetings and interactions with donors, CSR partners, foundations, and other external stakeholders.
