c/ Lead weekly and monthly resource review cadences with delivery managers and practice heads.

b/ Proactively identify bench risks, track ageing, and build action plans to redeploy or upskill idle resources.
c/ Partner with Learning & Development and Practice to align skilling programs to the forward demand pipeline.
d/ Ensure bench employees are engaged, career-pathed, and deployment-ready.
3/ Workforce Planning & Analytics

b/ Build and maintain dashboards and MIS reports covering utilisation, bench status, demand coverage, attrition, and headcount trends.
c/ Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership on a regular cadence.
4/ Stakeholder Management
a/ Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery managers, BU heads, project leads, and HR/TA for all resource-related matters.
b/ Balance competing priorities across stakeholders, negotiate trade-offs transparently, and manage expectations proactively.
c/ Build trust with bench employees by understanding their aspirations and advocating for their growth and transitions.
5/ Governance, Process & Tools
a/ Design and continuously refine RMG operating models, workflows, and SLAs.
b/ Ensure data accuracy and hygiene across resource management systems.
c/Champion internal mobility programs and cross-skilling initiatives as strategic levers for demand fulfilment.
