We are seeking a Resource/Workforce Management Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our workforce resources to ensure that we meet our operational needs efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Analyze workforce data to optimize resource allocation and utilization.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models for staffing requirements.
- Collaborate with team leads to understand project needs and adjust workforce accordingly.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to workforce management.
- Assist in the development of strategies to improve workforce efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Experience with workforce management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
