We are looking for an experienced Resource Manager to support our growing AI and Generative AI consulting business. The role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, rapid fulfillment of client requirements, and effective deployment of available consultants across ongoing and upcoming engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Hire for AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, and related technology roles.
- Partner closely with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
- Proactively market and place available bench resources into suitable client opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technology professionals.
- Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and talent databases.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support HR operations, employee onboarding, documentation, and related talent acquisition activities.
- Contribute to employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
Required Experience
- 5–6 years of experience in IT/Technology Recruitment.
- Strong experience hiring for technical roles across software, data, cloud, AI, and emerging technologies.
- Proven ability to source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and networking channels.
- Experience managing multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience recruiting for AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, LLM, MLOps, or Agentic AI roles.
- Experience in IT services, consulting, staffing, or talent deployment environments.
