Job Title: Tactical Resource Planning Analyst (Manager/Sr. Manager)
Location: Noida/Ahmedabad
Shift timings: evening shifts
Role Summary
Responsible for tactical workforce planningtranslating demand, backlog, and constraints into weekly capacity plans, partner guidance, and execution strategies to meet customer commitments while controlling costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage due dates and capacity in planning systems; adjust weekly/in-month based on demand trends
- Build and hand off weekly resource plans to Dispatch; align with Field teams
- Monitor intake/backlog, identify risks, and apply tactical levers (rebalancing, pressurization, tech movement)
- Optimize workforce deployment (service areas, dual-skilled technicians, slot/RGU availability)
- Manage partner capacity, hours, and efficiency; support spend governance
- Deliver reporting, insights, and materials for operational reviews
Core Activities
- Daily: Track due dates, adjust capacity, review backlog, manage escalations, update partner hours
- Weekly: Refresh plans, apply regional levers, optimize service coverage, handoff execution plan
- Monthly/Quarterly: Review forecasts, workforce plans, budgets, schedules, training needs, and seasonal capacity
Qualifications
- 2+ years in workforce/resource planning or operations
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills
- Experience with planning/scheduling tools (e.g., PACE)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management

- Due date/NADD performance
- Forecast accuracy and plan quality
- RGU/slot delivery
- Partner spend control
