We are looking for a Resource Planning Executive to join our Workforce Management team and support workforce scheduling, resource allocation, capacity planning, and operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage schedules for operational teams and radiologists to ensure optimal resource utilization and coverage.
- Monitor staffing requirements and manage shift planning, leaves, and weekly offs.
- Conduct workforce forecasting and capacity planning based on operational demand and historical trends.
- Prepare operational reports, workforce dashboards, and monthly gap analysis reports.
- Analyze workload and staffing data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Finance teams to resolve scheduling challenges and ensure smooth workflow management.
- Develop backup coverage plans to minimize operational disruptions.
- Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes, workforce efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Workforce Management, Resource Planning, Scheduling, Operations Planning, MIS, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting and data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI or dashboarding tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing operational requirements.
