Resource Mobilization Manager

is looking for a passionate and driven Resource Mobilization Manager to join our team and help create greater impact for people living with rare diseases.

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 3–7 years

Sector: NPO / Healthcare / CSR / Fundraising

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies

• Identify and build relationships with CSR partners, corporates, foundations and philanthropists

• Prepare proposals, sponsorship decks and grant applications

• Manage donor relationships and fundraising campaigns

• Build strategic partnerships to support ORDI's programmes

• Track fundraising pipeline, follow-ups and donor commitments

• Support fundraising events and campaigns
