Experience: 10+ Years in US Staffing/Recruitment Operations
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize recruiter allocation across accounts and projects
Drive resource planning and utilization strategies
Partner with Delivery Managers and Recruiting Leads to meet hiring goals
Monitor team performance, productivity, and delivery metrics
Ensure effective workforce forecasting and capacity planning
Support operational excellence and process improvements
Preferred Skills: • Strong understanding of US Staffing and Recruitment Operations
• Experience in resource planning and workforce management
