About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Resource Management Group (RMG) Specialist to join our Resource Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing workforce utilization, managing bench resources, supporting demand fulfillment, and driving effective resource allocation across multiple business units. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and expertise in workforce planning and resource optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Resource Management activities across projects and business units.
- Monitor and improve resource utilization, ensuring optimal allocation of available talent.
- Drive bench management by identifying suitable deployment opportunities and reducing bench aging.
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Hiring Teams, and Business Leaders to fulfill staffing demands.
- Perform resource allocation based on project priorities, skills, availability, and business requirements.
- Support workforce planning by forecasting resource demand and supply.
- Manage demand and supply planning to ensure timely fulfillment of project requirements.
- Coordinate internal fulfillment before initiating external hiring.
- Prepare utilization, allocation, and capacity planning reports for leadership.
- Track employee availability, project movements, and staffing metrics.
- Maintain accurate resource data in PeopleSoft or other workforce management tools.
- Identify workforce gaps and recommend strategic staffing actions.
- Create dashboards and presentations for leadership reviews using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Delivery, and Business stakeholders to ensure effective workforce planning.

- Experience managing large-scale resource allocation across multiple projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
