Role : Resource Management Group

Position: Assistant Vice President

Role Overview:

The Resource Management Group (RMG) staff will be responsible for managing end-to-end resource allocation and headcount mapping across projects. This role ensures that all resources are correctly aligned to client accounts, reconciled post-onboarding, and tracked for utilization. Acting as a central coordination point between HR, project teams, and management, the RMG staff plays a critical role in workforce planning and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage resource allocation across projects in line with organizational priorities.
  • Maintain accurate HC mapping to ensure every onboarded employee is aligned to the correct client/project.
  • Perform reconciliation of resource details after HR onboarding and update project mapping records.
  • Collaborate with project managers and HR to ensure smooth deployment of resources.
  • Track utilization and proactively highlight gaps or mismatches in resource mapping.
  • Prepare periodic reports on resource deployment, allocation efficiency, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and client requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or project allocation.
  • Prior GCC experience is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of resource allocation tools and reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Project Management teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
