Resource Management Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Resource Allocation Support: Assist in the allocation of resources to various projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements and business priorities.
• Utilization Monitoring: Monitor resource utilization levels and report any discrepancies to senior management. Help ensure optimal use of resources and minimal bench time.
• Forecasting Assistance: Support senior team members in forecasting future resource needs based on project pipelines and business growth. Help maintain resource planning models.
• Demand Management: Collaborate with project managers to understand resource requirements and assist in fulfilling resource requests promptly.
• Bench Management Support: Help track and manage bench resources, identifying opportunities for deployment to minimize nonbillable time.
• Upskilling and Training Support: Assist in organizing training sessions and tracking the progress of upskilling and cross skilling initiatives for team members.
• Skill Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate record of resource skills and availability. Provide data to support resource allocation decisions.
• Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on resource utilization and other key metrics as required by senior management.
• Communication and Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with project managers, team leads, and other stakeholders to support resource management activities.
