The Team

Working with a diverse team of Resource Managers, we are looking for a Resource Analyst to support the strategic resource planning, forecasting and reporting for our EMEA Performance Improvement and Restructuring divisions.The ideal candidate will be a resilient and highly analytical individual, with previous experience in Resource Management, HR, or Operations.

How You Will Contribute

  • Support in creating and updating of utilisation reports on a regular basis, and ad hoc, as per business needs
  • Ensure accuracy of updates for skills and workloads (billable and non-billable) for EMEA employees and MDs
  • Support with the on-boarding initiative, reporting on new joiners in EMEA, utilisation and projects allocated
  • Ensure non-billable activity tracker is up to date, helping drive and prioritise business development staffing demand
  • Build strong relationships with the European Resourcing team, working across several EMEA business units
  • Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits of systems like ProFinda or PowerBI, resolving discrepancies and improving data quality
  • Support data-driven decision-making by presenting clear, concise summaries of key resource metrics
  • Provide hands-on technical support and assistance with administrative tasks when required (resourcing tool and utilisation dashboard specific)

Qualifications


  • BA or BS in appropriate discipline
  • 7 years experience in system testing and quality assurance positions
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience with AI tools, and PowerBI, highly beneficial
  • Previous experience using a Resource Management/ Planning tool (e.g. Profinda) highly advantageous
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Team player, brings energy, creativity, and positivity
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workload
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
