Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru for a Resort Sales Executive. The selected candidate will manage the entire sales process, including identifying prospects, pitching resort stays and curated travel experiences, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Key responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, achieving sales targets, contributing ideas to sales strategies, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Occasional onsite visits to resort locations may be required, while some work-from-home flexibility is offered.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in sales, client negotiation, and relationship management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of travel and hospitality industry trends and markets
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and achieve targets
  • Organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Passion for sustainable tourism and interest in nature resorts or curated travel experiences
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Previous experience in sales or the travel and hospitality sector is preferred but not mandatory
