Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Resolution Analyst in Thane. The Resolution Analyst will handle debt collection inquiries while adhering to compliant and ethical practices. Responsibilities include analyzing customer accounts, engaging with clients to resolve outstanding debt issues, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves leveraging analytical skills to identify trends, improve processes, and support financial goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Debt Collection processes and knowledge of Finance
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and resolve account-related issues
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure clear and professional interactions with clients
• Ability to work collaboratively and adhere to compliance and ethical standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with collections management software is a plus
• Prior experience in tele-collections or a similar role preferred
