Role Description: The Real Estate Consultant role at Kashmiri Realtor® is a full-time, on-site position based in Srinagar. The consultant will engage with clients to understand their property needs, conduct site visits, and present suitable residential, commercial, land, and luxury options. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing listings, coordinating property showings, preparing basic transaction documentation, and supporting clients through negotiations and closing processes in line with legal and regulatory requirements. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date market knowledge, building relationships with local stakeholders, and collaborating with the broker network to expand business opportunities. The consultant is expected to provide timely communication, maintain accurate records, and uphold the company's standards of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing skills, including relationship building, active listening, and clear communication.
• Ability to conduct property assessments, organize site visits, and present listings with confidence and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of real estate transactions, documentation, and relevant regulatory frameworks (JK RERA familiarity is an advantage).
• Comfort with negotiation, problem-solving, and handling multi-party deals in a structured and ethical manner.
• Proficiency in using phones, email, and digital tools for lead management, follow-ups, and reporting; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong local market awareness of Srinagar and broader Jammu & Kashmir, with willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
• Ability to work on-site, travel for property visits, and collaborate with a team of brokers and stakeholders.
• Prior experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
• Fluency in English and local languages (such as Kashmiri, Urdu, or Hindi) is an advantage for effective client engagement.
