Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Dehradun for a Residential Senior Teaching Faculty specializing in various academic subjects. The role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons, preparing curriculum-aligned teaching plans, conducting assessments, and providing academic support to students. Responsibilities include mentoring students, ensuring their all-round development, and actively contributing to the school's academic and extracurricular activities. The candidate will also be expected to participate in faculty discussions and maintain a conducive residential environment for students.
Qualifications
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching expertise in relevant disciplines
- Excellent communication, pedagogical, and classroom management skills
- Experience in student mentoring, academic oversight, and assessment methodologies
- Proficiency in curriculum planning and developing creative learning strategies
- Passion for education, adaptability, and a collaborative attitude
- A postgraduate degree in the relevant subject (mandatory), along with a B.Ed.
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in CBSE or similar educational boards
