Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant - Residential located in the Pune Division. The Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties. Day-to-day tasks will include reaching out to prospective clients, understanding their property requirements, providing expert guidance, conducting property showings, and negotiating deals to closure. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and staying updated on market trends and developments.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Real Estate Sales, Sales, and Real Estate transactions
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Prior experience or ability in Training others on sales or real estate practices is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt to a dynamic real estate environment
- Familiarity with the Pune real estate market is a plus
- Educational background in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
