Role Description The Residential Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, focused on driving sales of residential real estate projects. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying potential homebuyers through walk-ins, site visits, referrals, and lead follow-ups, as well as presenting project details, configurations, pricing, and payment plans clearly and accurately. The role involves conducting property tours, addressing customer queries, negotiating terms within approved guidelines, and supporting prospects through booking, documentation, and closure. The Residential Sales Executive will maintain updated records in CRM systems, coordinate with internal teams and developer partners for inventory, pricing, and promotional offers, and participate in marketing activities, events, and on-ground campaigns. Ongoing tasks also include tracking market trends and competitor offerings, preparing periodic sales reports, and consistently delivering on individual and project-level targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential real estate sales or similar client-facing sales roles, preferably in Bengaluru or comparable urban markets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Ability to understand and explain project specifications, legal and financial aspects of property transactions in clear, simple language.
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic digital applications to manage leads, track follow-ups, and report performance.
- Result-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills, resilience under pressure, and a commitment to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- High level of integrity, professional conduct with customers and partners, and adherence to all legal and company compliance requirements.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; a background in business, marketing, or real estate is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours as per business needs, with weekly offs scheduled accordingly.
- Familiarity with the local Bengaluru South residential market and comfort conducting frequent on-site property visits.
