Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist based in Hyderabad. The role entails managing property sales, including assisting clients with selling and purchasing residential properties. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless communication with clients to provide excellent customer service. The selected candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to meet sales targets and uphold the company's reputation for excellence in real estate.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Real Estate Sales and a strong understanding of Residential Real Estate
  • Experience in Contract Negotiation and ability to close deals effectively
  • Strong expertise in Customer Service and building client relationships
  • Knowledge of local real estate markets, particularly in Hyderabad
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
