Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Residential Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru North. The Residential Interior Designer will develop creative concepts for residential spaces, including layouts, mood boards, and design proposals aligned with client needs and budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, preparing and reviewing construction and interior drawings, selecting materials, finishes, FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and coordinating with vendors and site teams for timely execution. The role involves conducting client meetings, site visits, and design presentations, ensuring quality standards and design intent are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver functional, aesthetically appealing, and personalized homes.
Qualifications

• Strong residential Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into practical and aesthetic solutions.
• Knowledge of Architecture principles and experience working with Construction Drawings for residential projects.
• Proficiency in FF&E selection, including materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories suited to various design styles and budgets.
• Hands-on experience with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools) and basic understanding of 3D visualization.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in residential interiors is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively with site supervisors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
