Job Summary
Supervise architectural works with a focus on quality and safety, applying civil/structural engineering expertise and adhering to project timelines and standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee architectural work activities to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards
- Coordinate with project teams to monitor progress and resolve construction issues effectively
- Apply knowledge of civil/structural engineering principles to supervise construction quality and methods
- Manage shift work schedules to maintain continuous site operations and meet project deadlines
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation requirements during construction supervision
Required competencies and certifications
- Ma minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience as an RTO, of which at least three (3) years shall be in the supervision of architectural works, preferably in conservation buildings
- Diploma in building/architectural discipline or equivalent
- Accreditation by JAC of IES/ACES as a Qualified Site Supervisor (QSS)

- Work week: 44 hours/week
- Able to work shift hours if required
