Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Installation, commissioning, and testing of equipment at customer sites. Performing preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines/equipment. Diagnosing faults and troubleshooting technical issues. Repairing or replacing defective parts and components. Attending service calls and ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints. Coordinating with customers regarding service schedules and machine status. Preparing service reports and maintaining service records. Following safety procedures and company guidelines while working on-site Maintaining tools, spare parts, and service equipment properly. Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and efficient service support.
