Role Description

1. This is a full-time on-site role for a Resident Service Engineer, based in Ahmedabad.

2. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing equipment troubleshooting, providing technical support to clients, conducting routine maintenance and repair tasks, and ensuring the overall functionality of machinery.

3. The role also requires travelling to client locations as needed for field services, ensuring seamless operation and customer satisfaction.

4. Willing to take up troubleshooting, Maintenance & Repair of technical equipment in the field & deliver effective technical support.

Qualifications

1. Experience: 0.5 to 1.5 Years (training will be imparted at the factory); however, 1-2 years of industrial experience in servicing machinery in a textile industry will be an added advantage.

2. Diploma or degree in Engineering ( Electrical or Electronics, or related fields preferred )
