Job Description

  • Provide primary medical care and monitor patient conditions regularly
  • Attend emergency cases and provide immediate medical intervention when required
  • Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and diagnosis under consultant supervision
  • Coordinate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams for patient treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and updated patient medical records and documentation
  • Prescribe medications and treatment as per hospital protocols
  • Monitor inpatient progress and ensure timely follow-up care
  • Handle admissions, discharges, referrals, and transfer procedures
  • Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans and preventive care
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, medical ethics, and safety standards
  • Support clinical audits, NABH protocols, and quality initiatives

    • Requirements

    Qualification
    • MBBS from a recognized institution
    • Valid Medical Council Registration
    Experience
    • 1-2 years of Experience
    • Experience in hospital/emergency care will be an added advantage.
    Required Skills
    • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
    • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to handle emergency situations efficiently
    • Team coordination and patient management skills
    • Basic computer and documentation skills
