Role Description

The Resident Medical Officer (ICU & Emergency) will provide comprehensive medical care to patients in critical care and emergency settings. Responsibilities include diagnosing and managing acute medical conditions, coordinating with physicians and surgeons, and supervising patient care. The role involves active participation in patient assessment, treatment, and procedural interventions. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Medicine and Patient Care, particularly in ICU and Emergency settings
• Experience in Surgery and working collaboratively with Physicians
• Ability to train and mentor medical and support staff
• Proven ability to make quick, well-informed decisions under pressure
• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification; additional specialization or certification in Emergency Medicine or Critical Care will be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
