Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resident Medical Officer - Homecare based in Faridabad. Responsibilities include providing medical support and patient care in homecare settings as per protocols, ensuring timely and high-quality assistance to patients. The role involves coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, conducting diagnosis and treatment plans, and offering training or guidance to patients and caregivers when necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine with the ability to diagnose and treat a range of medical conditions.
- Exceptional Patient Care skills, including compassionate and empathetic engagement with patients and families.
- Experience or capability in providing Training to patients or caregivers on prescribed care plans or medications.
- Proficiency in Surgery and the ability to perform minor medical procedures when required.
- Effectively collaborate when Working with Physicians and other healthcare professionals for patient management.
- MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by the medical council is required.
- Registration with the Medical Council of India or relevant State Medical Council is mandatory.
- Previous experience in homecare settings or similar environments is highly desirable.
