Vemrai is looking for an exceptional Resident Manager to lead our property in the hills of Kodaikanal.

We are creating a hospitality experience rooted in place, nature, design and genuine human connection — and we are looking for someone who understands that great hospitality is about much more than operations.

THE ROLE

The Resident Manager will take ownership of the property's overall operations, guest experience, people and commercial performance.

You will lead:

• Resort operations & service excellence

• Guest experience & relationship management

• P&L, revenue & profitability

• Team leadership, training & culture

• SOPs and operational standards

• Sales, partnerships & business development

• Vendor & external stakeholder relationships

• Compliance and property administration

• Consistent delivery of the Vemrai brand promise
