• Degree: BAMS with MD in Ayurveda (or recognized qualification/deep clinical integration in Siddha medicine).
• Clinical Expertise: Deep expertise in traditional Panchakarma protocols, Nadi Pariksha (Pulse Diagnosis), and classical Siddha therapies.
• Resort Experience: Extensive prior experience managing clinical operations and guest journeys within a high-end Wellness Resort or Sanctuary environment.
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of clinical practice.
• Full-time, on-site role.

Job Description

• Clinical Consultations & Diagnosis: Conduct private, deep diagnostic evaluations combining Nadi Pariksha and traditional Ayurveda-Siddha diagnostic principles.
• Integrative Wellness Management: Formulate holistic treatment regimes integrating classical detoxification, Siddha formulations, and tailored lifestyle protocols.
• Treatment Protocols & Lineage Standards: Oversee the execution of authentic Panchakarma therapies, herbal preparations, and Siddha therapies to the highest sanctuary standards.
• Multi-Disciplinary Team Leadership: Lead doctors, therapists, and wellness staff while collaborating with Yoga and spiritual guides for unified patient care.
• Guest Experience & Education: Conduct educational talks, workshops, and 1-on-1 consultations explaining the tri-centric connection of Body (Sthula), Mind (Sukshma), and Soul (Karana).

Must-Have Skills & Qualities You must demonstrate a strong command of:

• Deep mastery over classical Ayurvedic texts, diagnostic methodologies, Nadi Pariksha, and Siddha medical traditions.
• Added Advantage: Practical alignment with Yoga philosophy, spiritual healing, subtle energy work, and emotional healing modalities.
• Proven track record in a luxury wellness resort setting catering to CEOs, ultra-HNWIs, NRIs, and global retreat guests.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; versatility in balancing compassionate healing with strict sanctuary operational management.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
