Role Description

Position: Resident General Practitioner

Location: Psyche Vitality Clinic, Machhrehta, Sitapur

Type: Full-time, On-site

We seek a dedicated and skilled Resident General Practitioner to join our healthcare team at Psyche Vitality. This role is central to providing top-tier primary care, family medicine services, and healthcare training to patients of all ages. The successful candidate will diagnose and manage diverse medical conditions, foster patient wellness, and contribute to the clinic's growth and reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions.
• Conduct routine medical check-ups, immunizations, and health-risk assessments.
• Prescribe evidence-based medications and therapies for acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests to develop effective treatment plans.
• Offer patient education on preventive healthcare, lifestyle changes, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date medical records.
• Stay informed about advancements in medical science and apply evidence-based practices to patient care.

Qualifications

• Education: A recognized medical degree (MBBS, BAMS, or BUMS).
• Certification: Valid registration with the relevant Medical Council/Board in India.

Skills:

• Expertise in primary care, family medicine, and nursing.
• Strong diagnostic and patient management skills.
• Proficiency in providing training in healthcare settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Experience:

• Prior clinical experience is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in mental health care is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills
