Review all project drawings and specifications, and raise any discrepancies and/or possible problems before construction work commence on site and progressively throughout the entire course of the project
Attend site meetings, conduct site inspections, review method of statements in relation to the project and resolve technical issues
Supervise and the construction and related works, maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, sketches and site instructions by the supervising qualified persons and project consultants
Observe and comply with site safety, and submit all reports as directed and ensure that works are carried out in a safe and proper manner
Liaise with the contractors/sub-contractors in the coordination of site works
Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities
Supervision for excavation

Supervision for crawler crane operation
Supervision for basement ERSS
Other specialist work supervision required under BCA & LTA
POWS under PUB for water/ Sewer pipe monitoring
Requirements:
Candidate possesses Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCSS)
Good Degree from University recognized by the Professional Engineers Board
Must be accredited as a Resident Engineer with IES/ACES
Registered Resident Technical Officer with local authorities
