- Able to do remote support as well as hands & feet support as on when required.
- Having fare knowledge about Hardware & MS-client OS level troubleshooting.
- Having knowledge about plant environment & safety.
- Basic Network troubleshooting knowledge.
- Candidate should have the flexibility about shifts duty.
