- Candidate should have fare knowledge about hardware level troubleshooting & repairing of Desktop/Laptop/Printers/Network etc.
- Candidate should have knowledge of Remote Support and hands & feet support for client OS, Application softwares, MS-Teams, One Drive.
- Able to work in all shifts (Like; A/B/C and general) as well as work in a team.
- Should have knowledge in MS-Excel for preparing the reports related to the daily activity and share to his TL for final reporting.
- if the candidate having knowledge about service now (SNOW) ticketing system for generate and manage the ticket.
- Candidate having knowledge about plant environment & plant safety that would be helpful for the candidate.
