Job Description

Technical Support & Troubleshooting Resolve
1.L2/L3 escalations for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and system peripherals.
2.Troubleshoot OS issues across Windows 10/11, macOS, and standard enterprise applications.
3.Manage local networks, diagnosing issues with LAN patching, Wi-Fi connectivity.

System Administration & Security
1.Configure user profiles and maintain Active Directory (AD) or Azure AD for account creation and group permissions.
2.Enforce cybersecurity standards by managing encryption tools (BitLocker, McAfee Endpoint Encryption) and checking
Automate software deployments and monitor endpoints through management consoles like Microsoft Intune or SCCM.
Facilitate data backups and disaster recovery protocols during hardware failure or asset transitions.

Operations & Lifecycle
1.Management Own ticket lifecycles within ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), meeting strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
2.Coordinate asset inventory to track software licenses, hardware lifecycles, and hardware provisioning.
Manage Audio/Visual setups for physical conference rooms, executive spaces, and digital town halls.
3.Lead vendor escalation for equipment covered under manufacturer warranties (e.g., Dell, Lenovo, HP).

Requirements

Required Technical Skills
1.Operating Systems: Windows 10/11, Windows Server basics, macOS.
2.Enterprise Tools: Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Online, SCCM/Intune.
3.Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN troubleshooting,
4.Hardware: Core architecture of laptops, desktops, network printers, dock stations, and IP phones.
