This is a full-time on-site role for a Resident Doctor based in Bengaluru. The Resident Doctor will be responsible for providing medical care under the supervision of senior doctors and consultants. Key responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, assisting in medical procedures, monitoring treatment plans, and ensuring comprehensive patient care. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining detailed medical records while adhering to hospital protocols and policies.

• Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Expertise in medical and surgical procedures relevant to your specialization
• Knowledge of medical documentation and patient record management
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to high-quality patient care
• MBBS degree and a valid medical license; additional certifications are an advantage
• Familiarity with hospital protocols and medical compliance guidelines
