The RMO (Resident Medical Officer) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chembur, Mumbai. Responsibilities include overseeing patient care, monitoring medical services, and responding promptly to any emergencies. The RMO will collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring medical policies and procedures are followed, orderly patient treatments, and effective coordination of care. This role requires close attention to detail, maintaining accurate records and actively contributing to improved healthcare standards within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of patient care protocols, medical tests, and clinical procedures
• Experience in monitoring patient health, responding to emergencies, and administering initial treatment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with medical teams and patient interactions
• Ability to manage medical records efficiently and maintain compliance with healthcare guidelines
• Degree in Medicine (MBBS BHMS or equivalent).
• Prior experience in a similar role
