Job Description

  • Clinical Training: Perform various dental procedures and treatments under the supervision and guidance of experienced dental faculty
  • These procedures may include dental examinations, restorative dentistry, endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and other specialized dental procedures
  • Research: Engage in dental research projects under the guidance of faculty members
  • Conduct literature reviews, gather data, and analyze results to contribute to the advancement of dental sciences
  • Patient Care: Provide high-quality dental care to patients while ensuring their comfort and well-being during treatments
  • Discuss treatment plans, educate patients on oral hygiene, and address any concerns they may have
  • Continuing Education: Attend seminars, conferences, and workshops to stay updated with the latest advancements and techniques in the field of dentistry
  • Apply this knowledge to improve patient care and treatment outcomes
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other dental residents, dental students, and dental professionals in a multidisciplinary approach to patient care and research projects
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with established protocols and guidelines
  • Teaching: Assist in the education and training of dental students and dental hygiene students, providing guidance and support in clinical and theoretical aspects
  • Professional Development: Seek opportunities to enhance professional skills, pursue certifications, and further specialize within the chosen field of dental sciences
