Experience: 12+ years in CGD (City Gas Distribution) works (Steel, MDPE, GI), with a minimum of 3 years as a Resident Construction Manager or Project Manager.

Job Description:

Meenaar Global Consultants LLP is seeking an experienced and dedicated Resident Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction activities for CGD projects across multiple locations in India. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in CGD works involving Steel, MDPE, and GI and should have held a leadership position in construction management or project management for at least three years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities across multiple project sites to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Lead project teams and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of CGD works, including Steel, MDPE, and GI pipeline installations.
  • Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve issues and ensure quality control throughout the construction process.
  • Manage resources effectively, to optimize project performance.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, cost tracking, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure that all personnel on site adhere to safety protocols and that construction activities comply with company and industry standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in CGD projects, including Steel, MDPE, and GI works.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, such as Resident Construction Manager or Project Manager.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple locations and manage site-based teams effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India as required by the projects.
  • Knowledge of applicable safety regulations and experience ensuring compliance with industry standards.
