Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Aminjikkarai for a Reservations Ticketing Agent. The Reservations Ticketing Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with travel bookings, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth customer experiences. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, addressing queries related to travel and tourism, and handling ticket bookings. The role requires a strong focus on resolving customer needs efficiently and ensuring accuracy in ticketing and reservations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively assisting and addressing client needs
• Experience in Reservations and Ticketing with attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry concepts and practices
• Basic Sales skills to promote travel-related products and services
• Proficiency in travel-related software and tools is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as required
• Educational background or certification in Travel & Tourism or related field is an advantage
