Job Description

Job Title: Ticketing Agent – International Operations

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred)

WFO Role - Rotational Shift Job

CTC Range: Max 4.5lpa

Qualification: IATA Certification Preferred

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing Agent with strong expertise in overseas ticketing and international travel coordination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and hands-on experience in airline reservations and ticketing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle international (overseas) ticketing for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with airline policies

Manage airline reservations, bookings, reissues, and cancellations efficiently

Provide expert guidance on fare rules, visa requirements, and travel regulations

Coordinate with airlines and vendors to resolve ticketing issues and optimize travel plans

Ensure timely issuance of tickets and maintain proper documentation

Deliver exceptional customer service through clear and professional communication

Stay updated with airline policies, GDS systems, and industry trends

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong expertise in international ticketing and fare construction

Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

IATA Certification is higlhly preferred.

Prior experience in handling corporate or B2B travel accounts is an advantage

Knowledge of global travel regulations and documentation requirements
