Reservations Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Executive based at The Den in Bengaluru. The role involves handling room reservations, assisting guests with booking inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. The Reservations Executive will manage correspondence, maintain guest records, and support the sales team to optimize bookings and revenue. Timely and professional communication with clients, providing information about facilities and services, and resolving queries are key responsibilities of this role.

• Proficiency in Communication and excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in handling Reservations and providing seamless support to guests
• Knowledge of Sales and the ability to assist with cross-functional team objectives
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage booking records efficiently
• Proficiency in reservation systems or similar software is a plus
• Prior experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
