Job Title: Reservations Executive (Hospitality Start-up)
Location: Pondicherry (Work from Office)
Salary: 35,000 – 40,000 per month (including incentives)
Commitment: Minimum 1 year | Probation: 3 months
About Us
We're building stayxp, a young and dynamic hospitality start-up currently managing boutique properties in Pondicherry. With 2 properties onboard and plans to scale, we are looking for someone passionate about hospitality to set up our end-to-end reservations process and create the foundation for growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage reservations across OTAs, direct bookings, and offline channels.
- Handle guest communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate data on PMS and OTA extranets.
- Verify property listings and ensure rates, availability, and content are updated.
- Create SOPs, email templates, and booking process documents.
- Review guest communication for tone and accuracy.
- Coordinate with property managers for smooth check-ins and special requests.
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly booking and revenue reports.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Experience: 3+ years in reservations/front office in hospitality.
- Strong understanding of OTA extranets (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.).
- Understanding of PMS (Property Management Systems) and rate management.
- Excellent communication skills (English; other languages a plus).
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a start-up environment.
