Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Executive located in Bardez, Goa. The Reservations Executive will be responsible for handling reservation inquiries, managing bookings, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes addressing client queries, maintaining sales records, and optimizing the reservation process to enhance the customer experience. Close collaboration with other team members will be required to meet company objectives.
