Reservation Supervisor / Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservation Supervisor / Executive based at the Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. The role entails managing the hotel's reservation systems, handling booking inquiries, and working closely with the sales and front office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. Key responsibilities include supervising reservations, maintaining updated availability across channels, providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and training team members to enhance their skills and performance.

• Proficiency in handling Reservations and working with reservation software and systems
• Strong Communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Proven expertise in Customer Service and a commitment to ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to maintain strong performance standards
• Multitasking and problem-solving abilities to handle guest inquiries and resolve challenges promptly
• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred
• Educational background in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
