Job Description

Location: Hubtown Solaris One, Andheri East, Mumbai
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Week Offs: 6 per month
Compensation: 20,000 – 40,000 fixed + attractive monthly incentives
Incentive Potential: 12,000 – 30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound reservation inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and chats
  • Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable stay experiences
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while achieving sales targets
  • Handle guest objections confidently and professionally
  • Maintain accurate guest and booking information in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Stay updated on room categories, pricing, offers, and reservation procedures
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the guest journey

Requirements

Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, reservations, hospitality, travel, luxury retail, or international BPO voice processes
  • Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply
  • Excellent spoken English and interpersonal skills are mandatory
  • Strong sales and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable working with targets and incentives
  • Ability to multitask in a structured, fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is preferred
