Praxis Services is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Reservations team in Sector 49, Gurgaon.

Role: Reservations Sales Associate

Location: Vatika Business Centre, Vatika Business Park, Sector 49, Sohna Road, Gurgaon Salary: 22,000 – 35,000 per month Work: 24×7 rotational shifts & week-offs Perk: AC cab facility from residence to office & back

What You'll Do

• Handle hotel reservation queries via phone & email
• Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable accommodations
• Drive reservations through effective sales & communication
• Coordinate guest requests with relevant hotel departments
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure a positive experience
• Maintain accurate reservation reports

What We're Looking For

• Graduate in any stream; Hotel Management preferred
• Excellent spoken & written English
• Strong communication, sales and customer-service skills
• Good MS Office, organizational and multitasking skills
• Willingness to work in a 24×7 environment
