Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Reservation & Revenue Executive. The individual in this role will manage reservations, ensure seamless customer service, support sales initiatives, and prioritize customer satisfaction. Key tasks include handling booking inquiries, optimizing revenue strategies, assisting customers with queries, and fostering excellent client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests.
• Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure high-quality guest experiences.
• Proficiency in managing Reservations and handling booking systems efficiently.
• Knowledge about handling the OTA's extranet
• Sales abilities, including upselling and promoting guest packages and services.
• Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple reservations and queries simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Previous experience in the hospitality or travel industry is considered a plus.
• Proficiency in using reservation software and tools is an advantage.
