This is a remote internship role for a Reservation Intern. The intern will be responsible for managing reservations, assisting customers, providing excellent customer service, supporting sales inquiries, and participating in training programs to enhance their skills. Day-to-day responsibilities may involve interacting with clients to confirm bookings, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with team members to optimize the reservation process.

• Strong Reservations management skills, with the ability to process and organize bookings efficiently
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address inquiries
• Basic Sales knowledge and the ability to support sales-related activities
• Willingness to participate in Training programs for professional development
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with reservation systems or software is an advantage
• A positive attitude and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
• Pursuing or having a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related fields is a plus
