Job Description

Job Title: Reservation Executive

Location: Lonavala

Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle room reservations through calls, emails, and online booking platforms.
  • Assist guests with booking inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Coordinate with the Front Office team regarding reservations and room availability.
  • Maintain reservation records and update booking details in the system.
  • Ensure a smooth booking experience and excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and reservation systems.
  • Prior experience in hotel reservations will be an added advantage.
