Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and online booking platforms.
- Manage room reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently.
- Provide accurate information on room categories, pricing, availability, and promotions.
- Upsell premium room categories and additional services to maximize revenue.
- Ensure a smooth reservation process by maintaining accurate records in the system.
- Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless guest experiences.
- Address customer concerns and resolve booking-related issues professionally.
- Process payments and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Assist in preparing daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and reservations.
- Stay updated with hotel offerings, local attractions, and travel trends.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office, or customer service.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle high call volumes.
