Job Description

EllBee Hotels is a premium hospitality brand committed to providing exceptional stays and experiences to our guests. We are looking for a Reservation Executive to join our team and enhance the guest booking experience by managing reservations with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and online booking platforms.
  • Manage room reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information on room categories, pricing, availability, and promotions.
  • Upsell premium room categories and additional services to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure a smooth reservation process by maintaining accurate records in the system.
  • Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless guest experiences.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve booking-related issues professionally.
  • Process payments and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Assist in preparing daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and reservations.
  • Stay updated with hotel offerings, local attractions, and travel trends.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office, or customer service.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle high call volumes.
